1. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Our shipping and delivery process ensures that your products reach you in a safe and timely manner.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Shipping Time: Depending on the delivery location, orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above a certain value (as specified on the website).
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, an additional charge may apply.
  • Shipping charges for specific locations or expedited shipping (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order through the courier service’s website using the provided tracking ID.

4. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we ensure prompt deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistics issues may cause delays. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

5. Address & Contact Information
Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping details while placing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

7. Cancellation & Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed, they cannot be canceled.
  • If you need to change the shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately. Changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.
